We are seeking an analytically minded HR professional who combines strong people practices with excellent data and reporting capabilities. This role plays a key part in providing workforce insights, analysing trends and supporting business decisions through the effective use of HR systems and advanced Excel reporting, while also delivering a high-quality employee experience across the organisation. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure and experience in this area of business.

Additional Information 

Location: This role will be based in Blanchardstown, Dublin. The position will be office based. 

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 

As an HR Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR team and business stakeholders, you will help deliver a positive employee experience by providing high-quality HR administration, coordinating HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting employee relations and engagement initiatives. Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a positive and engaging start.
  • Conduct exit interviews, identify trends and share insights with the HR team.
  • Support employee engagement, retention and development initiatives across the region.
  • Assist managers and employees with HR-related queries, providing a high level of customer service.

Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Partner with HR team members and managers to support compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures and practices.
  • Support employee relations processes, including investigations, performance management and absence management.
  • Help maintain a fair, inclusive and compliant working environment.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and process HR transactions within Dayforce.
  • Administer holidays, timesheets, employee changes and other HR system updates.
  • Prepare payroll information, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, overtime and absences.
  • Produce regular HR reports and analyse data to support business decisions.
  • Support Talent Acquisition and Talent Development activities, including recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Coordinate the annual performance review process and monitor completion.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee benefits, policies and HR procedures.
  • Manage sickness absence administration and related communications.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis and trend identification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an excellent employee experience.
  • Experience using HR systems (Dayforce experience would be advantageous).
  • Knowledge of Irish employment legislation would be beneficial.
