I started my journey with Enterprise Mobility as a Management Trainee Intern, gaining hands-on experience by working across different branches. Early on, during the opening of a new location, I discovered a strong interest in marketing, which led me to focus my studies in that area. I progressed to Branch Manager, working across three different locations, before moving into Business Sales at Head Office. It was a big step and a clear example of how performance-based progression works here. What first attracted me to Enterprise Mobility was exactly that, a mapped career path and quick progression, combined with a grounded, family-like atmosphere.
As a Management Trainee Intern, I learned everything needed to successfully run a branch, from people management and coaching to fleet planning, accounting and account management. The role gave me a full understanding of the business early in my career. I was guided by numerous leaders whose support helped shape the leadership skills I rely on today. The organisation supports continuous development by giving you responsibility and the opportunity to learn on the job.
What I enjoy most about my current role is independence and flexibility. You are trusted to find your own way to achieve goals, while collaborating daily with teams across the organisation, especially with our rental branches. That balance makes the role both challenging and rewarding. What continues to motivate me is that career progression is based on performance, with clear opportunities to grow if you put in the work.
Looking back, I am particularly proud of achieving top performance as a Branch Manager, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. Equally, some of the most rewarding moments in my career have come from seeing members of my team progress and achieve promotions. Shared success and supporting others to grow have been the most fulfilling aspects of my journey.
I have also valued taking part in community initiatives and volunteering activities through the organisation, which strengthen the sense of community.
One thing that surprised me most is the friendships you build and the strong team atmosphere, which make a real difference.
